Bachelors degree in Accountancy or Financial Management; Post Degree or MBA, an advantage.
Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years working experience in finance functions from any industry, 5 years of which must be in managerial post.
Experience in financial responsibility for budget including accounting guidelines, yearend accounts and external liaison with auditors is necessary.
Proven track record of successfully automating and implementing complex processes, procedures and internal controls
In-depth knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting requirements.
Able to develop and sustain business relationship within and outside the organization
Proficient in the use of ERP (preferably Oracle), MS Office Applications, MS Project and other desktop utilities.
